**Global Digital Sales Strategy Lead**

**The Work**

+ Drive digital transformation in the Sales Organization and Partner Ecosystem in alignment with the Sales Long Range Plan and Corporate Business Model Evolution.

+ Develop the strategy and blueprint for the Digital Seller across people, process & technology

+ Partner with Sr Leadership to guide and manage a diverse technology portfolio and future investments in digital capabilities from innovation to "run the business" to deliver business outcomes for Sales.

**The Team**

As a part of the Digital Sales Operations team, we are a group of passionate individuals with a common mission "Enable every Cisco and Partner Seller to overachieve their goal year after year". We are responsible for the digital strategy, research, design, portfolio management and adoption of new and existing capabilities to enable that mission and partner closely with Sales Leadership, Business Operations and IT.


+ 10+ years of experience in sales or management consulting in the high-tech industry

+ Exceptional written and oral communication skills with ability to deliver strategy and insights in an engaging, impactful manner to influence and drive business decisions within a matrixed organization

+ Proven thought leader

+ Creative problem solving skills

+ Demonstrated experience in digital strategy, design-led thinking, and business execution via technology implementation

+ Demonstrated understanding of the adoption of technology and its impact to future operating models and organizational structures.

+ Intellectually curious and forward-thinking with an innate ability to proactively anticipate needs, opportunities, and risks in shaping our Digital Seller Strategy

+ Unafraid of working through ambiguity and work as a trusted advisor and key cross-functional partner up and down the management hierarchy

+ MBA a plus
