Marketing Compliance Specialist

Experian Consumer Services is currently looking to hire a Marketing Compliance Specialist. The Marketing Compliance Specialist will work closely with product marketing and our boarder compliance division across the enterprise to enable growth througExperian® is the leading global information services company, providing data and analytical tools to clients in more than 80 countries. The company helps businesses to manage credit risk, prevent fraud, target marketing offers and automate decision making. Experian also helps individuals to check their credit report and credit score, and protect against identity theft.


The Marketing Compliance Specialist will also be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

o Work with Product, Marketing and Legal/Compliance teams to communicate and maintain lead generation compliance standards.

o Support Experian's efforts with local and federal regulators to develop state by state licensing for products and services in accordance with our product roadmap

o Work along RightOffer Product Compliance roadmap that enables Experian to continually improve the customer experience by providing customers with the information they need to make informed decisions.

o Maintain regular compliance scorecards. Coordinate, track and report out on status and recommended changes.

o Manage Affiliate Marketing Network vendors to identify changes to client offers through vendor portals and coordinate internal Experian efforts to update offers in line with contracted service level agreements

o Provide RightOffer Marketplace compliance approval and update support for new offers or changes to offers. Work with cross functional teams and clients to follow compliance process to implement changes.

o Provide ongoing support to maintain a fully compliant solution that aligns with the broader company standards and guidelines across, but not limited to:


o company websites

o operational practices

o company promotions and advertisements

o partner websites, promotions, advertisements

o Work with RightOffer Product Compliance to address any practices that pose a risk for our clients, consumers or Experian; develop system to track, audit and maintain required compliance changes.

o Support and enforce compliance guidelines for product and marketing teams to use when developing new brands or Marketing materials

o Collaborate between Product Marketing, business leaders and legal advisors throughout the organization.

o Research brands policies and procedures and recommend compliance required changes.


**Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications**

**Qualifications/Preferences**

o 5+ years in compliance management positions

o Demonstrated experience in navigating sensitive client conversations and a strong sense of customer service

o Key qualitative attributes: solid blend of critical and creative thinking; outstanding communications; inspires and teams with others; goes the extra mile in getting things done right; at ease working across team boundaries

o Self-starter, fast moving, flexible

o Strong problem solving and analytical skills

o BA/BS required.
