Technical Solution Specialist
**General Description**
Collaborate and support CSS in testing, verifying and optimizing products and solutions for the local market. Key Responsibilities:
* Support the development, testing and optimization of consumer solutions for the local market by liaising with R&D; and carrying out local Beta/Final Field testing;
* Review project requirements, define and implement technical solutions for POC, troubleshooting and deployments;
* Support communication with HQ and R&D; to define and plan delivery of all relevant material necessary to optimize solutions (Demo, Prototypes, Software);
* Provide technical support to external partners and customers in the pre-sales and post-sales activities related to specific projects;
* Ensure the reliability and integrity of Samsung related Products and Services;
* Revise and update technical documentation of Products and Services;
* Deliver technical trainings to the internal channel representatives (Sales and Marketing Accounts, Corporate Service);
* Support the scouting for new solutions and suggest on possible improvement areas to be implemented in the new SW releases according to the local market needs;
**Necessary Skills / Attributes**
Educational Background : Masters / Bachelor in TLC / IT Engineering. Professional Background: 2-3 years exp in TLC / IT Products Testing, Defects Management. Ability to work under tight schedule and deadlines. Computer Knowledge: Excellent MS Office tools required. Experience in software development is a plus. Language Knowledge: Very good written English; good spoken English. Travel required: Domestic and international transfers may occur. Others : N/A
